1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trail Talk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Trail Talk is a social networking platform designed for outdoor enthusiasts including hunters, anglers, campers, hikers, and explorers. The Service allows users to:

• Create and share posts, photos, and videos
• Connect and communicate with other users
• Join and participate in groups and communities
• Enter contests and challenges
• Save and bookmark content

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Trail Talk. Users under 18 require parental consent.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

4. User Content and Community Standards

4.1 Zero Tolerance Policy

Trail Talk maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. We are committed to providing a safe, respectful environment for all users. Any content or conduct that violates our community standards will result in immediate content removal and may lead to permanent account suspension without warning.

4.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Trail Talk. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with the Service.

4.3 Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action:

• Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or bullying based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Violence, threats, or content promoting harm to individuals or groups
• Sexual content or nudity including pornography or sexually explicit material
• Illegal activities including but not limited to drug use, weapons trafficking, or poaching
• Spam, scams, or fraudulent content designed to deceive or mislead users
• Graphic violence or gore including disturbing imagery
• Child exploitation or content sexualizing minors in any way
• Copyright infringement or content that violates intellectual property rights
• Privacy violations including sharing others' personal information without consent
• Misinformation that could cause harm to individuals or public safety

4.4 Content Moderation and Reporting

We actively moderate content through a combination of automated systems and human review. Users are encouraged to report objectionable content using the in-app reporting feature. All reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate action is taken.

4.5 Immediate Content Removal

We reserve the right to immediately remove any content that violates these Terms, is objectionable, or potentially harmful at our sole discretion, without notice or liability.

5. Prohibited Conduct and Abusive Behavior

5.1 Zero Tolerance for Abusive Users

Trail Talk has zero tolerance for abusive users. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community. Users who engage in abusive, harassing, threatening, or harmful behavior toward others will be immediately banned from the platform.

5.2 Strictly Prohibited Behaviors

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban:

• Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior toward any user or group
• Stalking, doxxing, or sharing others' private information without consent
• Impersonation of other users, public figures, or Trail Talk staff
• Coordinated attacks or brigading against other users
• Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual advances
• Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
• Using automated systems or bots to access the Service
• Attempting to hack, compromise, or disrupt the Service or user accounts
• Collecting user data without explicit permission
• Spam or unsolicited commercial activity without authorization
• Engaging in or promoting illegal activities

5.3 Reporting Abusive Behavior

If you experience or witness abusive behavior, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting feature. We investigate all reports and take swift action against violators.

6. Intellectual Property

The Trail Talk name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks owned by Trail Talk. All content and materials on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Trail Talk and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third parties.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAIL TALK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trail Talk and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting an updated version with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

15. Miscellaneous

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Trail Talk regarding the Service.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

15.3 Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
