Trail Talk Trademarks

The following are trademarks of Trail Talk:

• Trail Talk name and logo
• Trail Talk wordmark
• Trail Talk design elements and branding
• Trail Talk app icons

Permitted Uses

You may use Trail Talk trademarks to:

• Refer to Trail Talk in news articles or blog posts
• Link to Trail Talk with proper attribution
• Indicate that you use Trail Talk (e.g., "Follow us on Trail Talk")

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use Trail Talk trademarks to:

• Imply endorsement or affiliation without permission
• Use in your own product or service names
• Modify or create derivative versions
• Use in a way that damages our reputation
• Use as your social media profile picture or cover image
• Register similar domain names or trademarks

Brand Guidelines

Logo Usage

• Maintain proper spacing around the logo
• Don't alter colors, proportions, or design
• Use high-resolution versions
• Ensure sufficient contrast with background

Name Usage

• Always capitalize "Trail Talk" correctly
• Don't abbreviate to "TT" or similar
• Don't combine with other words (e.g., "Trail Talker")
